Exercises of type 'Duration' now have its own timer available, so you don't need an external timer to track them properly. Use the 'Start' button to start a timer. You can still simply log a duration too, without running a timer. For that, use the 'Log' button instead.

Dropset now finally supports...drumroll...dropsets! About dang time. Also in this release
- copy+paste sets
- reorder sets with drag and drop
- when dragging and dropping exercises we'll scroll along with your finger, helpful for long lists
- notes are now viewable when viewing back past workouts.

On popular request we're switching form slider-input to keyboard-input for setting weight and reps for sets. We hope you like it. If you still prefer to use a slider, that's still possible - there's a slider built-in at the top of the keyboard for you to use.
Oh, and we're also now called Dropset. We feel like that will be a name that more closely matched with what we're about. And yes, we'll be bringing proper support for dropsets as well soon.

Exercise notes can now be split on variations of exercises. That means you can have separate notes for "Dumbbell bench press" and "Barbell bench press". In case you flick this switch and don't see your notes, that's because you won't have written any previous note on that specific exercise variation. So if you enable this setting, your notes will look empty, you'll start from scratch again. Your previous notes are still saved though, flick the switch off gain to get back to your old notes.

Live activities! hoops° will now show you your workout timers right on the Lock Screen. And, If you got and iPhone with the Dynamic Island, you'll be able to see the timer right there, whatever app you currently have got open. We hope you enjoy this one.
* Lock Screen activities requires iOS version 16.2 or newer, Dynamic Island activates requires an iPhone 14.
